![]() I told them that I wanted to return the unit as it was not working as they advertised. I tried to contact their customer service and it took several tries before I reached someone. I tried it in a small room and there was no change in the temperature. The thing is noisy as hell, doesn't move much air, and doesn't cool at all. I finally tried it and found out what a scam it is. The customer service rep tried to help me but I wasn't real confident if this thing would ever work correctly. ![]() A manual was included, but the real instructions were printed on an orange sticker on the top of the unit. ![]() The 2nd question that I had was relative to the instructions. They did refund the correct amount to my Paypal account. I said okay, but will I be able to buy a unit in the future for $50? He said that he wasn't sure because they may NEVER come back in stock. That was fine but I asked why they wouldn't just ship another one. When I explained to them that I only received one unit of the two that I was supposed to get, they immediately offered a complete refund for the second unit. It took me several hours to finally get someone from India on the line. I tried calling the 24/7 customer support the following day. I called the 24/7 customer support and was told that USPS was delivering the two units that day. The first sign that made me uncomfortable was that I hadn't received any update on shipping/delivery. They then gave me an offer to buy a 2nd one for $50 so I fell for that too. The first one was $90 but they knocked off $10 and then charged $10 shipping. I thought that I had found enough information (reviews) to justify placing an order. I fell for it and placed an order from their website about two weeks ago.
